Why did the Walnut Creek City Council resolve the town would fly the homosexual satisfaction flag will over Metropolis Corridor each June?
Why are we frequently pressured to honor this explicit selection of life-style? Has the homosexual neighborhood contributed extra to our neighborhood than the church buildings that feed our homeless, and supply free after-school applications and free counseling to determined folks?
I personally don’t suppose our Metropolis Council ought to be selling or honoring with a flag, any life-style or any ideology that’s controversial, together with my very own.
This metropolis belongs to all of its residents. To be respectful of their actions, the Metropolis Council should not promote their private preferences above the consolation and happiness of all of the residents of this metropolis. They need to be serving to us to peacefully coexist — not deciding to fly flags of division.
We don’t all have to suppose alike, so long as we will be respectful and sort to one another in our actions.
